Warranty Exclusion:
Please
note that on August 1, 2008, Danuu acquired the rights to
manufacture and produce products under the trade name Seairsports. As
a result of this acquisition, Danuu will begin to warrant
only products manufactured and distributed by Danuu under
the trade name Seairsport by Danuu pursuant to its
standard warranty provisions expressed below. However,
no warranty is or will be provided by Danuu for products
bearing the Seairsports San Diego, USA name which were manufactured
by the previous owners and even may have been sold by Danuu. A
customer with a question concerning a product bearing the
Seairsports San Diego, USA name should contact his/her
local retailer regarding the issue.
In any case, product
warranties are limited to manufacturer defects only. |
